Biltong Pizza

Ingredients

2 x 26cm ready-made pizza bases

2/3 cup (160ml) pizza sauce

1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced             

2 cups (200g) shredded mozzarella

70g Cheeki Garlic Biltong

50g marinated goat’s feta

2 large handfuls rocket

Preheat oven to 220°C (200°C fan-forced).

Place the pizza bases on oven trays and spread with pizza sauce. Scatter with the onion and sprinkle with most of the mozzarella (save some for the top). Scatter with the biltong and the remaining cheese.

Bake for 5-8 minutes or until the base is crisp and cheese is golden. Season with freshly ground black pepper. Serve immediately topped with feta and rocket.
