Grass-Fed premium steaks follow the timeless tradition of marinating in brown vinegar and then our flavour specific signature spices and marinades are rubbed into the steak for a 24 hour cure.

All natural ingredients, no nastys and no added sugar.

HANG DRY

The key to locking in maximum flavour and nutrients is to dry and not cook the meat, this is where Biltong and Jerky are very different. Cheeki Biltong is hung in a humidity controlled room for several days to deliver the highest quality outcome.
