Shipping Information

We partner with Australia Post to ensure reliable delivery across Australia. Once your order is packed and dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email along with tracking details so you can follow your Cheeki order every step of the way.

Standard Shipping

Standard Aus Post delivery takes approximately:

2–8 business days
(Delivery time depends on your location)

Metro areas are generally faster, while rural and regional areas may be closer to the 5–7 day timeframe.

Express Shipping

If you need your goodies sooner, Express Post is available for an extra $15.

Express delivery usually takes:

1–4 business days
(Delivery time depends on location and Aus Post network conditions)

Please note that once your order has been handed over to Australia Post, delivery times are outside of our control, however, we are always here to help if any issues arise.

Order Processing Time

We know you want your Cheeki snacks as soon as possible, so we work fast!

Same-Day Dispatch

If your order is placed before midday (12pm AEST), it will most likely be packed and dispatched the same day.

Orders After Midday

Orders placed after 12pm will usually be packed and sent the next business day.

Busy Periods

During high-demand periods (such as Christmas, sales events, or restock launches), our packing times may extend slightly. Even so, our team still aims to get your order out the door as quickly as possible.

We'll always keep you updated with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Return Policy

We want you to love every Cheeki snack you receive. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

What You Can Return

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery. Products may be opened or unopened.

Free Return Shipping

We offer free return shipping on all returns within Australia. Simply contact us and we'll provide you with a prepaid return label — no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we'll process your refund within 3 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. There are no restocking fees.

Exchanges

We also accept exchanges. If you'd like to swap your product for something else from our range, just let us know when you contact us.
