We partner with Australia Post to ensure reliable delivery across Australia. Once your order is packed and dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email along with tracking details so you can follow your Cheeki order every step of the way.
Standard Aus Post delivery takes approximately:
2–8 business days
(Delivery time depends on your location)
Metro areas are generally faster, while rural and regional areas may be closer to the 5–7 day timeframe.
If you need your goodies sooner, Express Post is available for an extra $15.
Express delivery usually takes:
1–4 business days
(Delivery time depends on location and Aus Post network conditions)
Please note that once your order has been handed over to Australia Post, delivery times are outside of our control, however, we are always here to help if any issues arise.
We know you want your Cheeki snacks as soon as possible, so we work fast!
If your order is placed before midday (12pm AEST), it will most likely be packed and dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 12pm will usually be packed and sent the next business day.
During high-demand periods (such as Christmas, sales events, or restock launches), our packing times may extend slightly. Even so, our team still aims to get your order out the door as quickly as possible.
