Return Policies

At Cheeki Snacking, we want you to love every order. If something isn’t right, please reach out, we’ll always do what we can to make it right.

Due to the nature of our products, we generally don’t accept returns for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos where possible so we can investigate and resolve it quickly.

Where a refund or replacement is approved, it will be processed back to your original method of payment. Shipping costs are not refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law (for example, if an item is faulty or not as ordered).

In some cases, we may ask for the product batch details or packaging information to help us review the issue, but you won’t usually need to send food items back to us.
