Storage: shelf life unopened up to 1 year. Once opened we recommend consuming within 2 weeks and keeping refrigerated.
Cheeki Storage Suggestions
Eat Half / Freeze Half: when you receive your 1kg bag, empty half into a freezer-safe, sealable bag and place in the freezer. Enjoy the other half from the fridge without worrying about eating 1kg in a 2-week timeframe.
Meal Prep: when you receive your 1kg bag, portion the biltong into sealable sandwich bags with your desired amount and place in the freezer. You'll now have lunchbox-ready biltong that you can pull out in the morning, ready to enjoy within an hour or two. Our biltong is nutrient dense, so a 30g lunchbox portion gives you around 13g of clean protein.

At Cheeki Snacking, we want you to love every order. If something isn’t right, please reach out, we’ll always do what we can to make it right.
Due to the nature of our products, we generally don’t accept returns for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos where possible so we can investigate and resolve it quickly.
Where a refund or replacement is approved, it will be processed back to your original method of payment. Shipping costs are not refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law (for example, if an item is faulty or not as ordered).
In some cases, we may ask for the product batch details or packaging information to help us review the issue, but you won’t usually need to send food items back to us.
